PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Since March 2005 to May 2008
I work as a Forest Campaign Manager in WALHI. WALHI is a largest Environmental Group in Indonesia with 364 environmental groups as a member in 26 Provinces. I coordinate the advocacy and campaign in forest issue.

From 2004 to 2005,
I work as a coordinator of Eyes on the Forest in Pekanbaru Riau. EOF is the task force among Riau’s NGO that focused on destructive logging. The EOF investigation using by local police for law enforcement and by Forestry Department to improve their forest management

From January 2003 to March 2005,
as an Executive Coordinator of Riau Spatial Planning.

From March 2003 to March 2005,
as a Executive Director of WALHI Riau.

From June 2001 to March 2004,
as a Executive Director of Kaliptra Sumatera

From July 2000 to July 2001,
I work as a Chief Redactor of Sistem Hutan Kerakyatan (SHK) Tabloid of National Executive of WALHI a media for community and natural resources management in Indonesia. responsible to coordinate, selected and edited any article and also responsible to write monthly articles related to natural resources policy issues.

From Aug 1999 to 2000,
I work as a Redactor of Talang Tabloid, a media for community and natural resources management in Bengkulu. I responsible to edited any article and also responsible to write monthly articles related to natural resources policy issues.

In 1999, I work as a facilitator of Community Based Forest Management in South Aceh, funded by DFID. I coordinate and facilitating the strategic meeting and implementation of the project, revitalization of communities right etc.

In 1998 to 1999,
I work as a community organizer in Trumon Village and Kemukiman Manggamat. I coordinate and facilitating the meeting among the community, strategizing the work plan, develop awareness among the community etc.

In 1996 to 1998,
as a Junior Architect in Abigail and Design in Jakarta. I responsible to design the landscape area and or management of high building.

In 1991 – 1995,
as Landscape Riverside Ass-Designer PT. Brantas Abipraya in Yogyakarta. I responsible to help Project Leader to design the riverside management and supervising the implementing of the project
